As Covid is still widely present in the community we ask that you do not attend more than 5 minutes before your appointment time to reduce numbers in the waiting room to a minimum. It is no longer a regulatory requirement that masks are worn within the practice but please do so if you feel more comfortable.
We are still required to triage patients prior to attendance to which end, when you receive your appointment reminder text or e-mail, there should be a link to your portal where you can fill in the relevant forms and where necessary you will be asked to update your medical history.
If you could please take a few minutes to update these details we would be most grateful as it helps enormously with the efficient running of our days if these are done prior to your arrival.
Things are all looking more normal within surgery now as we are no longer required to wear our gowns and respirator masks to use our handpieces and scalers.
